I went to the Cheese Castle (again) with my family on New Year's Eve. We had 5 adults and a toddler and I don't think we ate as much. Not exactly sure how that happened, but I did get fried cheese curds, liverwurst sandwich, and potato salad. Those were nice. And like you said, I had to give fried cheese curds to the toddler before we left the state.
I always get more than a 6-pack of New Glarus when I make it to Wisconsin. Their fruit beers are special.
I visited this place many years ago when my brother was in dental school at Marquette and we did a 24hr eat-a-thon down to Chicago. We ate so much food in Chicago then stopped here on the way back and I truly thought I was going to vom I was so full.
Anyway, in my memory, I've just been calling it the Cheese Castle this whole time and I don't think I knew it wasn't called that??
Frontage Road, more like Fromage Road amirite
It's true! Everyone loves the Mars Cheese Castle. That plus the Brat Stop serve as the Kenosha one-two punch along I-94.
