Everyone knows that the corner slice is the best part of a Chicago-style thin crust pizza, because it’s small, perfectly topped, and usually just enough for one quick bite. It’s the first bit I reach for whenever I dig into a pizza, which gets me excited to dig into the rest. You get it.
This is the first Corner Slice drop, and personally, I think it’s a really good one. Because I sure wasn’t expecting this sandwich when I visited this mom and pop shop for the first time.
