Hello, everyone!
Hope you had a great weekend. And thank you for coming out to the Crust Fund Pizza fundraiser last Tuesday night. You’re wonderful and it’s always a privilege to cook for you. I miss that about my old job as a pizzamaker, but hey, I get to write for you now, which is as fun if a little less fatiguing.

This week we’re covering a subject I’m surprised I haven’t done yet on the newsletter: burgers.
Chicago’s a pretty wonderful burger town, if you haven’t noticed, with representations of pretty much any version you’d ever want. And we’re going regional today, with a style that’s pretty specific to our neck of the woods(ish).
